If your balance drops below 5 Euro or isn't sufficient to deduct the base fee of your tariff or tariff options, recharge follows automatically. You pay via direct debit. After clicking "Go to Online Identification" you will be redirected to our partner WebID. Select the type of identification, remember your transaction number and start your video call. You will be automatically redirected to your personal video assistant. Therefore, make sure you have your transaction number is ready. Now you can easily be identified by video-call.
Once your personal video-assistant has identified you, your SIM-card will be activated within the next 24 hours.
