  • What is CallYa Flex?

    CallYa Flex enables you to create your individual tariff.

    Advantages of CallYa Flex:

    • Get as much data (MB) and units (minutes/SMS) as you need. Redesign your tariff at any time using the CallYa Flex-App. Simply go to my tariff in order to flexibly adapt data & units to your current needs. Changes are saved and will be activated for your new bill cycle.
    • The usage history will give you a transparent overview of your used up data and units.
    • To refill your data volume and units, use the plus-function on the home screen.
    • Book attractive add ons to optimize your tariff.

  • How do I refill my data and units?

    Open your CallYa Flex-App and use one of two opportunities on the home screen:

    1. To refill your high speed MB, use the plus-symbol on the left red bar.
    2. To refill your units (minutes/ SMS), use the plus-symbol on the right orange bar.

      Roam like you're at home with CallYa Flex in the EU. You can use your tariff without any extra costs.

      You have different ways to top up:

      CallYa Flex App:

      To top up your balance just open the CallYa Flex App and select balance.

      Vodafone CallNow:

      CallNows are the top up cards of Vodafone with which you can top up your balance. You can get them at Vodafone shops, gas stations or at retail. Scratch free your individual number and enter it in the CallYa Flex app via balance. As an alternative dial on your mobile phone:
      *100*top up code#

      Via Internet:

      At ATM:

      Top up directly with your ATM card.

      Auto-top-up:

      Initialize auto-top-up to never run out of balance. As soon as your balance is below 5 Euro your required amount will be charged automatically and will be withdrawn from your bank account.

      CallNow Transfer:

      Request balance of your friends and family if you are not able to top up on your own. Find out more via How do I transfer money from mobile phone to mobile phone?

      Abroad

      You have different ways to top up:

    • How do I transfer money from mobile phone to mobile phone?

      You can use the CallNow-transfer to send 5, 10 or 20 Euros to other Vodafone-customers. Open the CallYa Flex-App and select balance. Click transfer to choose between two possibilities:

      1. Request balance from your friends and family.
      2. Send balance to one of your CallYa or Vodafone postpay friends & family members.

    • What is a top up card and where do I get one?

      CallNows are the top up cards of Vodafone with which you can top up your balance. You can get them at our Vodafone-Shops, gas stations or at retail.

      Top up your balance easily via the CallYa Flex-App: CallNows are available for 15, 25 and 50 Euros.

      What is a top up card and where do I get one?
    • How long is my Prepaid card and my balance valid?

      Your balance has no limited validity. If you do not use or top up your prepaid card, we can terminate you as a customer. You will get a text message for information 30 days before.

      Note: top up regularly. For example: If you top up 15 Euros, your card will be valid for another 9 months. In case of 25 or 50 Euros you will extend it for 15 months.
