Migration auf die aktuelle BES-Version
Für eine erfolgreiche Migration auf die aktuelle BlackBerry® Enterprise-Version finden Sie hier Dokumente zu den Systemvoraussetzungen und zum Migrationsprozess. Auch die Migration des BES in einer DMZ ist dokumentiert.

Formulare
BES-Integration / BES-Migration
Wenn Sie die Integration bzw. Migration erfolgreich durchgeführt haben, füllen Sie bitte das Abnahmeformular für Neukunden bzw. Wechselkunden aus und senden es an die im Formular angegebene Faxnummer.
Anschließend füllen Sie bitte die Kunden-Konfigurationsdatei aus und senden es an die im Excel-Sheet angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Sie erleichtern sich und uns im Supportfall Ihre Unterstützung.
